Tequila Don Ramon Platinium Reposado Cristalino is made from 100% blue agave and double distilled. Aged 6 months in American and French oak barrels, this crystalline tequila can be described as buttery, aromatic and well defined. After maturation in oak, a complex filtration process removes the most of the liquids golden color and piquancy. This results in an exquisitely smooth taste, and long finish calling for easy-sipping and exquisite cocktails. -Agave Region: 100% Blue agave Tequilana Weber with denomination of origin. - Water source: Well Water. - Fermentation: Anaerobic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks using a proprietary blend of yeasts and nutrients. - Still type: Stainless steel still and copper cartridges. -Color: Cristalino clear with a subtle straw tint -Aroma: Wood, spices, chocolate, cinnamon and soft vanilla -Notes: Fresh Fruits, Cinammon and vanilla 1750ml/35% alcohol - Crushing: Disc mill, speller and diffuser. - Distillation: Double distillation. - Cooking: Raw extraction and juice cooking.
